This is truly a great day to celebrate- it’s Pizza Day!<\/p>\n
Pizza is a lot older than you think.\u00a0 The earliest records of pizzas are from the 10th century in Sicily!\u00a0 Granted, what we now know as pizza looks very different from that.\u00a0 In fact, what Italians call pizza today is a lot different than what Americans typically prepare.<\/p>\n
But no matter what version you prefer, today is the day to have a slice or two.\u00a0 You can order from your favorite local joint or chain, or maybe you like to make your own.\u00a0 \u00a0Go crazy! Spring for extra cheese!\u00a0 Try a new topping like artichokes or sardines!<\/p>\n
