And there is certainly plenty to panic about.\u00a0 COVID is still alive and kicking.\u00a0 Russia invaded Ukraine.\u00a0 There are still supply chain issues impacting many industries.\u00a0 And I’m sure you can think of many more- I know I can.<\/p>\n
Worrying your life away isn’t a great idea.\u00a0 But there is plenty of evidence that having a short, timed worry session can really help improve your overall mental health.\u00a0 So, today, you have permission to set a timer for 5 or 10 minutes and panic.\u00a0 Just let lose.\u00a0 Don’t leave anything bottled up.<\/p>\n
