Here is a day that I don’t think should even exist.\u00a0 It’s National Kale Day.<\/p>\n
I think most of us can agree that kale has worked its way into places it never needed to go.\u00a0 Like in our mouths.\u00a0 \u00a0 Fun fact- until recent years, the largest purchaser of kale were buffet restaurants who used them to decorate – not to serve to the patrons!<\/p>\n
