Every single one of us has the occasional crazy dark thought.\u00a0 Wondering what would happen if you swerved into oncoming traffic.\u00a0 Wondering if you could fake your death and start all over with a new identity.\u00a0 Wondering what would happen if you rage quit your job (even if most days you really like your job!).<\/p>\n
To be clear, I am NOT suggesting that you go through with murdering your spouse or shoving a stranger off a cliff.\u00a0 Today is about unmentionable thoughts, not actions.\u00a0 What we are doing today is admit that yes, we all have crazy thoughts.\u00a0 Whether you chalk them up to Satan, the id, just random neuron firing or something else, everyone has had this phenomenon.\u00a0 It’s one of the things that makes us human.\u00a0 And it’s OK.\u00a0 You aren’t losing your mind.\u00a0 You aren’t possessed by a demon.\u00a0 You’re just a human being having a normal human experience.\u00a0 Embrace it!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
