I’m probably going to get some pushback on this one but hear me out-\u00a0 today is National Text Your Ex Day.<\/p>\n
There are a few different ways you can mark this occasion:<\/p>\n
#1 You can text regret or apologies to anyone who you treated badly during or before your breakup.\u00a0 Sometimes we need to get some space between ourselves and the relationship to see how much we were really responsible for it ending.<\/p>\n
#2 You can text anyone who did you wrong how much better you are doing without them.\u00a0 While this may feel great, I’ll leave it up to you to decide if this is healthy.<\/p>\n
#3 You can turn this day entirely on its head and use it as an opportunity to find someone new.\u00a0 Maybe get back on that dating app, or text back that person you are on the fence about going out with.\u00a0 You might find the love of your life!<\/p>\n
