Did you know that while hot tea has been around for millennia, iced tea is a very new invention?\u00a0 It was first served at the St Louis World’s Fair in 1904?\u00a0 Due to warm temperatures, tea sales were down, so Richard Blechynden got the idea to serve it cold.\u00a0 It was a huge hit and now you can find it everywhere.<\/p>\n
I personally don’t care for iced tea.\u00a0 But carbonation doesn’t agree with Pat, so unsweetened iced tea is a permanent fixture in our fridge (right next to my Diet Mt Dew) and our table.<\/p>\n
