Self care means something different to everyone.\u00a0 It doesn’t have to mean lavish, full day spa retreats or thousand dollar shopping sprees.\u00a0 It could be just saying no to something you really don’t want to do.\u00a0 It could be staying in on a Saturday night and reading a book.\u00a0 It’s whatever makes YOU happier\/ calmer\/ less stressed.<\/p>\n
