Have you ever had a dream so real that after you wake up you aren’t sure if you were dreaming or not?\u00a0 I’ve had a rash of them lately.<\/p>\n
Most recently, I dreamt that my dear husband gave away our cat Lilly.\u00a0 I have no idea why I would dream such an absurd thing.\u00a0 But it was SO real that I had to go looking for her when I woke up.<\/p>\n
I’ve had a couple very realistic dreams about work lately too which is VERY rare for me.\u00a0 95% of the time if I’m working in a dream I’m in retail (there is probably something there worth unpacking too, but that’s another problem for another day).<\/p>\n
And rounding out the weirdness trifecta, I had a very vivid dream about going on a road trip with some folks from the Great British Baking Show.<\/p>\n
Because it’s the world we live in I decided to Goggle what causes super realistic dreams.\u00a0 The results were, well, interesting.\u00a0 \u00a0The most commonly listed causes include substance abuse, eating very spicy food, and pregnancy.\u00a0 NONE of these apply to me.<\/p>\n
So I guess I’m just left to wonder why I wanted to smack my husband when I woke up from that dream and why I never have these kinds of hyper realistic dreams about being with Jon Bon Jovi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
