So it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve been back and I still can’t stop talking about Iceland.\u00a0 \u00a0 It is the most amazing place I’ve ever been and the only way I think I’ll be able to top the trip is if\u00a0 \/ when I go back.<\/p>\n

I could- and I have been- talking about Iceland pretty much constantly since I got back.\u00a0 I will be talking about it unless people beg me to stop.\u00a0 I loved it so much!\u00a0 I could write a million words about my trip, but I will spare you that.\u00a0 What I AM going to do is share three of my favorite things from the trip.<\/p>\n

#1 Secret Lagoon.\u00a0 \u00a0Everyone has heard of Blue Lagoon.\u00a0 This is different.\u00a0 Secret Lagoon is a 100% natural hot springs fed pool and it’s the oldest one in Iceland.\u00a0 You can actually hear the hot springs bubbling behind you while you relax.\u00a0 \u00a0It doesn’t have a spa, hotel, or fancy restaurant, but it’s breathtakingly beautiful and soooooooo relaxing.<\/p>\n

#2 The Reykjavik Cat Walk.\u00a0 There are quite a few shops in downtown Reykjavik that have “shop cats”.\u00a0 Some of them are owned by the shop owner, some of them just live near by.\u00a0 Many of these cats have 100K instagram followers and they are known worldwide.\u00a0 We also had really good hot chocolate mid tour!\u00a0 (pictured here is Ofilia)<\/p>\n

#3 The waterfalls.\u00a0 Iceland has many, many waterfalls.\u00a0 \u00a0And they are gorgeous.\u00a0 Some of them don’t have names.\u00a0 Sometimes up to 8 different waterfalls have the same name.\u00a0 I can’t pronounce the names of any of them.\u00a0 But most of the ones I saw looked like they were out of a fantasy movie- and some of them have been!<\/p>\n

Iceland was everything I wanted it to be and more.\u00a0 The entire country is beautiful.\u00a0 Even though the weather wasn’t always perfect we were surrounded by the most amazing sights I’ve ever seen everywhere we went.\u00a0 \u00a0 It was damn near perfect.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
