\"\"<\/a> First of all, I am so so sick of finger pointing, public hysteria and politics in general!!! I am so annoyed that I cannot even put together a decent paragraph about any of them right now. Please go ahead and see my previous posts on politics, taking responsibility for yourselves, and generally being an adult. They are all doubly valid right now in my mind.<\/span><\/p>\n

Second, while I don’t make New Year’s Resolution there is something about the start of a new year that makes it a great time to take stock of yourself. However, instead of just thinking about all the things that I don’t like about myself or my place in the world I am going to concentrate on all the wonderful things around me.<\/span><\/div>\n

I have a wonderful husband. I have a great family (well, most of them are pretty great anyway). I have a good job with a good company. I have a lovely warm house with 2 cats to snuggle with. I have so many possessions that I can’t even keep track of them all. <\/span><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

The world is still a big, ugly place sometimes. But thinking about that all the time will drive you crazy. I am close enough to that already so I best make my little corner of the world the best it can be. And I encourage everyone else to try the same!<\/span><\/div>\n
