“What do you do for fun?” \u00a0 “What are your hobbies?”<\/p>\n
We all get asked that from time to time. \u00a0It’s a common question when meeting someone for the first time. \u00a0It can come up at a job interview. \u00a0People seem to be especially curious how I spend my time when they find out my child is a black cat (well, she’s actually kind of chubby, but I digress).<\/p>\n
So, what DO I do for fun you ask?<\/p>\n
Of course I blog. \u00a0The amount of time that takes varies from week to week depending on how the gods of writing are (or aren’t) smiling on me that particular day. \u00a0 And when I’m not blogging myself\u00a0I research blogging. \u00a0Since joining the North Iowa Bloggers I’ve learned there is a am almost endless amount of information on how to be a better blogger. \u00a0 I’m not trying to make a living at this, but I still want to write stuff someone else actually wants to read- otherwise what’s the point?<\/p>\n
