Today is National Collect Rocks day.<\/p>\n
This day holds a special place in my heart as my Granny Marquardt was a rock enthusiast. \u00a0Her basement was full of shelves and bags and boxes rocks from all over the United States. \u00a0They pretty much all looked like to me, but to her each one had a (usually very long) story that she enjoyed telling whenever she had the chance.<\/p>\n
