Today is old Farmer’s day!
There are a ton of reasons to thank farmers both young and old. But today we celebrate the older generation.
I come from a long line of farmers. When I was a kid both my grandfathers were still farming along with a couple of my dad’s uncles. Now my dad and his brother are the “old farmers” at 74 and 70. Note- supposedly my dad is “retired” but since old farmers only truly retire when they become one with the earth, so he’s still farming 🙂
Of course I know who my favorite old farmer is, but you probably have your own favorite. Go thank them today!
