Top 10 Reasons to Vote Republican

No Comments on Top 10 Reasons to Vote Republican

November 8th is just around the corner.  Maybe you’re struggling with deciding how to vote.  Lucky you- I’m here to help!

Here are a list of reasons to vote Republican:

#1 You hate minorities.  You don’t say it out load (usually) but you suspect anyone with a skin tone darker than Sherwin Williams color 7036 (Accessible Beige) is an illegal, a criminal and/ or a terrorist.  You find programs like Affirmative Action distasteful and would rather die than have a family member date outside your race.

#2 You hate the LGBT+ community.   You see no probably with people losing their jobs or homes because they aren’t straight.  You don’t think trans people exist, or if they do they are just mental ill attention seekers.

#3 You hate women.  If a woman is dumb/ slutty enough to get herself pregnant she deserves whatever she gets.  She’s  11 years old?  She knew what she was doing.  Ectopic pregnancy with 0% change of viability?  She shouldn’t get any special treatment just be because she’ll die if she can’t get an abortion.  She should have kept her legs closed.  And equal pay for equal work?  Nope, nope, nope.  That’s crazy talk.

#4 You love hypocrisy.  You applauded when Roe V. Wade was overturned because you said it was a state issue, but now you think a national abortion ban is just fine.  You scream bloody murder when a Democrat president increases the deficit but say nothing when a Republican president does.  You don’t care if your Senator has affairs or has sex with goats or snorts crack every day as long as he/ she votes the way you want him/ her to.

#5 You’re lazy.  Your dad was a Republican, your grandfather was a Republican, so you are too.  You do zero research on any candidate or any issue.  If they have an R by their name, that’s good enough for you.

#6 You still have a grudge against Hillary Clinton and/ or you still believe any part of the Qanon fallacy.

#7 You don’t want the REAL American history taught or remembered.  Our kids don’t need to know the Founding Fathers were a bunch of drunks who cheated on their wives and owned slaves.  Our kinds don’t need to know that the Civil War was about slavery.  It was about states’ rights alright- the right to OWN SLAVES.  The Civil Rights movement?  Doesn’t ring a bell to me.

#8 You see no problem with people declaring bankruptcy because of medical bills or student loans.  If they can’t manage their money better, that’s their own stupid fault.

#9 You hate religious freedom.  You SAY you are in favor of it, but you really only want to see Evangelical Christianity.  You don’t want to see menorahs, stars and crescents, or dharmachakas in your kids’ schools, but will raise holy hell if there aren’t Christmas trees.  You lose your mind if a mosque or Sihk temple is built in your neighborhood.  You think it’s perfectly OK to discriminate against anyone you want to and claim it’s your “religious freedom”, but don’t think anyone who isn’t Christian should be able to do the same.

#10 You hate America.  You don’t think you do, but you continue to vote for people who aren’t looking out for your future.  Climate change?  That’s something Al Gore made up.  Healthcare?  We barely make the top 30 in most studies, and we don’t even come close to that in infant mortality rates. Education?  We rate worst in that than we do in healthcare.  Crime?  We have the highest incarceration rate by FAR of any “modern” nation, but we still have high crime rates too.  Gun control?  You don’t care that 95% of Americans favor some form of it, you continue to vote for people who are bought and paid for by the NRA because freedom.

I hope you find this helpful.  I could go on, but 10 is a nice round number.  And I think I’ve made my point.
