Today is one of the few holidays I can’t with good conscience tell you to celebrate. It’s “Don’t Go to Work Unless it’s Fun Day”.
Now, maybe you are one of the few people who genuinely find your work fun. Congrats. There are parts of my job I really like, but I would stop short of calling it “fun”. I think most people fall into this category. Side note- if you truly hate everything about your job GET A DIFFERENT JOB. Life is too short to be unhappy 1/3 of the time.
But I digress.
Even if you don’t want to, you should really probably go to work today. But if you don’t, leave my name out of it.
