Yes, it’s true. We actually need a day now to be reminded to say nice things to each other- how sad is that?
This holiday was started in North Carolina by two churches and two mayors as a way to fight back against school age bullying, but has now blossomed to include all the special folks in our lives. The idea is that we will enjoy making others happy so much on June 1st that we will continue it every day thereafter.
So, please do celebrate and say something nice to someone in your world today!
