First of all, I apologize for the long dry spell. August was very busy and just sort of got away from me without inspiration.
With that in mind, my next statement will sound even crazier than normal.
I have been thinking a lot lately about writing a book.
For several years I have had one or two scenes very vividly in mind but they don’t mean anything without context so they aren’t good candidates for the short story format. A couple days ago I finally had an inspiration on how to tie those scenes into a longer story that I think I can tell. Whether I ever actually WILL tell it is another issue altogether, but just letting the world know I’m thinking about it is a pretty big step for me.
