Here is a day that I don’t think should even exist. It’s National Kale Day.
I think most of us can agree that kale has worked its way into places it never needed to go. Like in our mouths. Fun fact- until recent years, the largest purchaser of kale were buffet restaurants who used them to decorate – not to serve to the patrons!
Maybe we need a National Anti-Kale Day too?
