This is an odd thing to think about and an even odder one to blog about. But it’s been on my mind a lot lately so here we go.
As human beings we are all mammals. As mammals we all produce waste products. For whatever reason this is an embarrassing thing for a lot of people. So embarrassing for some people that they will not “go number two” anywhere other than their own homes. Or at least not at their place of employment. I have heard of people going to other businesses in their area or running to their own homes instead of enduring the embarrassment of performing “that” at work.
Maybe because I loved in a dorm for four years I had assumed that at some point in everyone’s life they accepted that they were in fact mammals who would in fact have to relieve themselves on a regular basis. But apparently that is not the case. And I find that odd.
What are your thoughts on this?
