Here is one that I don’t celebrate nearly as often I should- it’s eat your vegetables day. I don’t have to explain why it’s important to eat your veggies. The majority of us don’t eat enough even though we know we should. Maybe, just for today, we can do better? Yeah, I probably won’t either.
